The title track of "Dreaming" (Round Tower Records, released 2000) is the one self penned song from Northern Irish singer Fil Campbell's second solo album. The album includes tracks from English writers Julie Matthews and Chris While as well as from old favourites like Van Morrison and Lennon and McCartney.

Fil has toured extensively throughout Europe and the UK since the mid 90s accompanied by her partner, percussionist Tom McFarland building up a strong and loyal following for the blend of acoustic pop, jazz, folk and traditional songs, sung by a unique voice and accompanied by Latin, African and Irish percussion.

She has been a regular performers at many European festivals, including FolkEst in Italy, Fiddlers Green Folk Festival, Rostrevor, and Celtic Connections in Glasgow, and had the distinction of being the first performer to play within Parliament Buildings in Belfast at a concert to celebrate the signing of the historic Good Friday Agreement. On that occasion she and her band opened for Sir Elton John.
